Trauma-Informed Coaching
Individual and group sessions building coping strategies, resilience, and personal goals. Safe, structured, led by accredited coaches with lived understanding.
Financial hardship should never be a barrier to healing.
We provide trauma-informed mental health and wellbeing support for individuals and communities across Kent.
Across Kent and beyond, thousands of people are navigating the aftermath of trauma without the support they need — not because the expertise doesn't exist, but because access is denied by cost, capacity, and geography.
Current services are overstretched. Waiting lists are long. Private therapy is out of reach for most. The gap between those who can afford support and those who cannot continues to widen.
Mind Thrive Wellbeing CIC exists to close that gap — through trauma-informed, evidence-based programmes delivered to those who need them most, regardless of financial circumstance.
Every service is grounded in clinical evidence, delivered by qualified practitioners, and designed to create lasting outcomes — not just activity.
Individual and group sessions building coping strategies, resilience, and personal goals. Safe, structured, led by accredited coaches with lived understanding.

Phase 1 is for businesses helping us build the foundation. Phase 2 is for businesses making Mind Thrive part of how they look after their own team — month by month, year on year. Every penny across both pools into our ring-fenced Community Access Fund. Every penny is reinvested. No private profit. Ever.
We have the practitioners, the model, and the demand. What we do not yet have is the infrastructure: legal structure, brand, website, evaluation framework, and the working capital to run our first three cohorts of Recover & Thrive while we secure ongoing partnerships.
Founding Seed Partners are the reason this service exists at all. The recognition is permanent.
Become a Founding Seed Partner →Phase 2 is a monthly partnership — not sponsorship. Your fee gives your team genuine, expert-led mental health support. The same fee, ring-fenced into the Community Access Fund, funds places on Recover & Thrive and our wider community work. Each tier maps to a tangible programme outcome.
Toward Recover & Thrive places every year — exact number of survivor places to be confirmed against cohort cost-per-place.
A meaningful share of an entire Recover & Thrive cohort every year — exact number to be confirmed.
A full Recover & Thrive cohort each year — funded end-to-end, with the partnership recognised in our annual impact report and at the cohort celebration.
Whichever tier you choose, your investment pools into a single ring-fenced Community Access Fund. Every annual report shows you exactly where it went, who it reached, and what changed.
75+ combined years across clinical practice, law, corporate leadership, and charity operations.
An ICF-accredited Trauma-Informed Coach and Trainer with 25 years of experience across corporate, voluntary, and public sector organisations, Jemma leads on programme design and delivery. She has run the Recover & Thrive domestic abuse recovery programme across Kent, working with survivors and statutory agencies. Through Mind Thrive Wellbeing, she ensures every programme is evidence-based, participant-led, and genuinely accessible.
With 30 years as a corporate and commercial solicitor, Victoria leads on governance and policy compliance for the CIC. Her legal expertise and long-standing involvement with charitable organisations give Mind Thrive Wellbeing a firm institutional foundation. She brings energy, rigour, and a genuine commitment to the values that inspired the CIC's inception.
With a career spanning senior operational roles across charity, media, and property, Dan oversees the CIC's day-to-day operations, business development, and fundraising. His expertise in operational efficiency ensures the organisation runs with purpose and clarity. Outside work, he can be found mastering obscure musical instruments — or enduring the highs and (mostly) lows of supporting Hull City.
Your contribution isn't just a donation — it's the reason someone gets the support they need to heal.
